Abstract Sculptures
July 16-18th from 1-3pm.
Ages 10 and up
We will look at Alexander Calder's Flamingo, Anish Kapoor's Cloud Gate (also known as "The Bean"), Pablo Picasso's Chicago Picasso and Salvador Dali’s Dance of Time
Day 1 Students will design their sculpture & start to sculpt.
Day 2 continue creating features
Day 3 Decorate with colored underglazes &/or final features.
Pottery will be finished approximately 2 weeks after class is finished.
